Jorn Palm has been Chief Legal Officer (CLO) at bol since 1 January 2026. In this role, he is responsible for Legal, Risk and Compliance within bol.

Jorn is an experienced legal professional with more than 20 years of expertise in corporate governance, legal advisory and compliance. He has been part of the Ahold Delhaize family for over 15 years and has served as Director Legal, Risk & Compliance at bol since 2022.

At a time when customer trust in bol as an online platform is more important than ever, Jorn ensures that the legal, risk and ethical perspective is firmly embedded in decision-making and bol’s strategic plans.

Before joining bol, Jorn worked at Grolsch, Exact Software and ABN AMRO, and has held various roles at Ahold Delhaize. He studied law at the Radboud University in Nijmegen.

Outside of work, Jorn enjoys spending time with family and friends. He loves reading, tennis and padel, and during weekends he can often be found behind the barbecue.
