In 1999, we started out as an online bookshop. Today, we are a platform where millions of customers in the Netherlands and Belgium come to find everything they need. Bol would like to make a positive impact on society. That starts with ourselves: we create an inclusive work environment where everyone gets equal opportunities and ensure good working conditions for everyone who works with us. Diversity and inclusion are second nature to us – also in our campaigns and marketing, where we consciously cast inclusively. But we don’t stop there. We support charities and step in during emergencies and disasters. On top of that, we invest in the future with Bollebozen, our learning program that helps children develop their talents and get equal opportunities. Together, we’re contributing to a society where everyone can take part.
